Low & Slow Grilled Whole Ribeye

For many people, New Year’s means beef tenderloin.
Of course it’s a fantastically tender and fine cut of meat, but honestly, in my eyes, a bit boring.
It contains no fat and easily turns quite flavorless.

If you want to dig deeper into beef over indirect heat, you can also read about reverse sear and our beef temperature guide.

I prefer ribeye nine times out of ten.
In this recipe you get a fantastic piece of meat that melts in your mouth instead.

Namely, whole grilled ribeye.
