Hi all BBQ lovers, Anders Lejonbjörn here again.
Today I thought I’d treat you to a few refreshing recipes for sorbet and ice cream drinks, just in time for the summer BBQ parties.
Not so strange, considering my work at Lejonet & Björnen.
I’ve put together three lovely drinks for you today. The first is an Italian Prosecco drink called Sqroppino, followed by a raspberry sorbet drink with rum, and finally a drink with vanilla and cognac.
If you want to round things off with something sweet from the grill, both our caramelized peaches with brie and our smoked chocolate mousse go nicely after the meal.
The Sqroppino works great as a welcome drink or a starter, and so does the raspberry sorbet drink. The vanilla and cognac drink is perfect after dinner, ideally with a nice little piece of chocolate cake.
