Captain Coke Can Chicken

This started out as an experiment that turned out really well.
I like to drink a Captain Morgan & Cola now and then.

Wondered a bit about how I could bring this flavor to the grill.

So what could possibly work better than Captain Coke Can Chicken?

If you want to get a handle on indirect grilling, we have our guide to grilling methods, and for the chicken there’s also our poultry temperature guide.

Felt it was time to try Weber’s potato nails too.

These cut the cooking time for baked potatoes considerably.
You simply push the nail into the potato, and it then conducts heat into the potato and cooks it from both the outside and the inside.
How smart is that?
