Texmex Tequila Can Chicken – Beer Can Chicken With Tequila

There are many kinds of beer can chicken, and it actually doesn’t have to involve beer at all.

Plenty of other liquids work great — juice, wine, and soda, for example.

Friday is taco night for a lot of people, so I decided to make a Texmex Tequila Can Chicken instead and spike it with a little tequila.
