Name: Red & White Slaw – Cabbage Slaw for BBQ
Ingredients: 10½ oz red cabbage; 10½ oz white cabbage; 2 carrots; 0.5 green apple (choose one with plenty of acidity, like Granny Smith); 2 scallions; ⅓ cup + 1½ tbsp canola oil; 3½ tbsp apple cider vinegar; 1 tsp salt; ½ tsp black pepper
