Bacon-Wrapped Pineapple

As I’ve said before, most things go well with bacon.

Here I’m going to share a little appetizer or grill side that’s really easy and good.

Sweet and salty go together very nicely.

You need:

  • Pineapple, cut into small pieces (or halved rings)
  • Bacon.

Simply wrap bacon around the pineapple pieces and hold it in place with toothpicks.

Grill over medium-high heat until the bacon has a nice color.

Serve as an appetizer before the meal, or as a dish on the grill buffet.
